The apartment is completely furnished (including linens, dishes, artwork, etc), with private phone, wireless internet for your laptop, radio/CD/casette player, TV with cable (Mexican stations, English movies and ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN), fireplace (wood extra), private view balcony with lounge chairs, umbrella table and chairs... Including in the rent is all utilities (up to $100/month), maid service 2 morning a week (personal laundry US $6/load extra) and bottled water (at $2 per 3- gallon jar) and on-site managers.
